Background

The menu of events for the flooring year is sent out about July. The committee is sent a copy of this and asked to make choices, we usually select three. First around March, second mid year and the last towards the end of the year. LHCC should submit the final selection promptly as there’s quite a demand, then wait for notification of allocation. The dates are usually fixed but there can be some negotiation among Central Otago venues.
